The Soren pairs a gently curved timber backrest with a softly rounded seat and slender legs. Its open frame and visible grain bring warmth to dining spaces, while the simple silhouette keeps the focus on the timber.

Before you order
Delivery is not included in the furniture price. It is quoted separately for your address, furniture and access requirements. Deliveries.
Full refund before production or order-specific purchasing begins. After that, lawful cancellation charges or genuine bespoke restrictions may apply. No voluntary change-of-mind returns after delivery. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Check delivery access before ordering. Measure entrances, doors, passages, stairs, landings, lifts and the full route to the intended position. Check the agreed furniture dimensions and disclose access restrictions before delivery.
If delivery fails solely because of your access error and the furniture matches the agreed dimensions, there is no discretionary refund, return or cancellation on that basis. This does not cover VanSoul’s measurement or access-assessment errors or override statutory rights or our pre-production refund policy. Delivery
Delivery within Cape Town is arranged through independent furniture transport providers, subject to availability for your address. Delivery is quoted separately and is not included in the furniture price. Placement is subject to safe access and the agreed service. Workshop collection is available by arrangement.
Care instructions
How to care for your furniture
A little regular care helps preserve the finish and natural character of your VANSOUL piece. Follow the guidance supplied with your selected timber and finish.
Routine maintenance
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- Use a clear, soft wood wax suitable for your furniture’s finish. Apply sparingly according to the wax manufacturer’s instructions, testing a small hidden area first.
- Keep furniture away from prolonged direct sunlight and sources of heat.
- Avoid sudden changes in temperature and humidity, which can cause timber to expand and contract.
- Use coasters and heat-resistant mats to protect surfaces from moisture and hot items.
Spot treatments
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, soft cloth to limit moisture penetration.
- Wipe marks gently with a slightly damp cotton cloth, then dry the surface. Do not soak the timber.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and silicone polishes.
- For stubborn marks, contact us before attempting sanding or refinishing.
Important to note
Grain, knots and tone vary naturally. These characteristics are not automatically defects, but they do not excuse structural faults, poor workmanship, unreasonable cracking or material departures from approved specifications. Your statutory rights remain intact.
